Gusau International Journal of Management and Social sciences (GIJMSS) is a biannual (October and April) academic journal published by the Faculty of Management and Social Sciences, Federal University Gusau. The Journal welcomes contributions from the diverse fields of management and social sciences. The mission of the journal is to publish high quality papers from all over the world and make GIJMSS a high ranked journal.
GIJMSS adheres to a rigorous double-blind reviewing policy and all submissions are evaluated initially by the editorial Board and only those papers that meet the scientific and editorial standards of the journal, and fit within its aims and scope will be subjectd to blind review. The Editorial Board reserves the right to modify for clarity papers adjudged acceptable for publication. Manuscripts subjected to rigorous blind peers review, and those that are accepted are published in the following issue of the journal.
